This app is built by people in recovery who want to give back. We're offering tools we wish we'd had.
Don't use this platform to harm others. No sourcing, no harassment, no endangering vulnerable people.
Core features are free forever. We may add premium features later, but meeting finder and crisis tools stay free.
We do our best, but we're a small team. The app may have bugs. Meeting data comes from third parties.

Our AI-powered features (journal companion, recovery plans) use Claude AI by Anthropic.
You retain ownership of content you create (journal entries, posts, etc.). By posting publicly, you grant us a license to display that content to other users.
sobriety.tools, its logo, design, and original content are our property. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission. Meeting data from third parties remains the property of those organizations.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOBRIETY.TOOLS AND ITS CREATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
This includes, but is not limited to, reliance on meeting information, AI-generated content, or crisis resources provided through the app.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless sobriety.tools and its creators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or your use of the service.
We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
